Professional background
Yves Gonthier has extensive experience in labour and employment law.
Mr. Gonthier deals with all aspects of labour law, in particular with respect to negotiating and implementing collective agreements, grievance arbitration, problems related to applications for certification, as well as identifying solutions to labour relations problems encountered by employers, dealing with issues such as dismissal, discipline and restructuring.
