Professional background

Véronique St-Amand joined BCF in May 2007 as a student and has been a practicing lawyer since 2009. She graduated from the University of Ottawa’s Faculty of Law summa cum laude.

Ms. St-Amand is part of the firm's Business, Commercial and Corporate law team. She has been developing a practice that focuses mainly on purchases and sales of companies and on mergers and acquisitions. To date, she has worked on many commercial transactions involving both small and large companies operating in different sectors, particularly forestry and technologies. She is involved in the Corporate Governance and Compliance strategic team.
