Professional background
Stéphan Charles-Grenon is a member of the following strategic groups: Commercial Litigation, Restructuring and Insolvency, Real Estate Law, as well as Construction, Infrastructures and Procurement Law. The clients he represents are mainly business people, financial institutions and trustees in bankruptcy.
Mr. Charles-Grenon's practice relates mainly to disputes in connection with commercial and corporate law. He has extensive expertise particularly with respect to shareholder litigation, unfair competition remedies and extraordinary relief. He also advises entrepreneur clients on business law.
Together with commercial law and securities partners, Mr. Charles-Grenon has worked on major reorganizations and restructurings of public companies. He has extensive experience with class actions. In addition, he has served as mediator in civil and commercial cases.
