Pierre-Marc Gendron practises commercial law, business law, and information technology law. On the commercial side, his practice is focused on the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, including shareholders’ agreements, service contracts and distribution agreements. Pierre-Marc also acts in purchase and sale transactions, corporate reorganizations, and corporate financings.
Prior to studying law, Pierre-Marc founded a company specialized in Web programming, and operated it for 10 years before selling it. Because of his hands-on experience, he has a good understanding of the reality and the challenges faced by technology start-ups. He can therefore propose pragmatic solutions, personalized for the clients he advises, at every stage of their development. Pierre-Marc is also a member of BCF’s Internet team, which offers our clients legal services and advice in connection with their online presence. This continually evolving environment calls for the expertise of a multidisciplinary team like BCF’s.
Pierre-Marc Gendron joined BCF after practising with a Montreal boutique firm specializing in intellectual property. He is appreciated for his ability to quickly form open and genuine bonds with his clients and the professionals he deals with.
