Professional background

Paul Paradis’ practice is focused primarily on intellectual property law and various aspects of information technology law. Before joining the BCF team, he worked at a large IT company and was involved in matters relating to outsourcing, licences, consulting services and information management, and implementing infrastructure and software.

He has also worked in private practice, where he specialized in business law, and in particular corporate finance.
