Professional background

Patrick Glaude focuses his practice in the area of employment and labour law. He advises employers on collective and individual labour relations at both the federal and provincial levels, with particular emphasis on labour standards, grievance arbitration, certification process, drafting of employment contracts, and non-competition and non-solicitation issues of clients and employees.

Mr. Glaude represents his clients before administrative tribunals, including the Commission des relations du travail and grievance arbitrators, as well as before the civil courts for judicial review and injunction-related matters.
