Pascale Villani joined BCF in 2008 as a student. She is now a notary in the BCF Wealth Protection team.
Ms. Villani drafts wills and protection mandates for clients preparing their estate planning. She also participates in the drafting of trusts, when appropriate, in collaboration with BCF’s tax team.
Ms Villani assists and counsels liquidators throughout the liquidation of estates, as well as trustees in their duties as administrators of the property of others. She also counsels beneficiaries and legatees on their rights.
Ms Villani has also developed an interest for international aspects of estate planning and estate settlements implicating the transfer of assets abroad.
She also counsels young professionals and other clients, with respect to their union: marriage contracts, agreements between common law spouses, changes in matrimonial regimes and modifications of marriage contracts already in place.
Ms Villani is also involved with young professionals : she often gives conferences on the importance of preparing an estate plan from a young age, as well as on the different agreements they can prepare with their married or common law spouses, when appropriate.
Ms Villani also assists families with respect to the homologation of protection mandates, when a family member becomes incapacitated. She also counsels mandataries in their duties.
