Professional background

Pascale Dionne practices business law, primarily in private financing. As such, she drafts and negotiates documentation setting up various types of financing involving one or more lenders, and the creation of security in Quebec and abroad.

Ms. Dionne is also involved in various transactions for the purchase and sale of businesses. In addition, before joining the firm, she worked as in-house counsel for a large multinational business. In that capacity, she helped negotiate and implement commercial contracts of all kinds, such as outsourcing agreements and joint venture contracts, both in Quebec and in foreign jurisdictions, as well as various contracts concerning product development and the transfer of technology.

Ms. Dionne is the secretary of the board of directors of BCF and in charge of the human resources committee.
