Professional background

Pascal de Guise is a partner in the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions, Securities and Business, Commercial and Corporate Law groups. He also co-leads the firm's natural resources swat team and leads the firm's knowledge management strategy.

Mr. de Guise’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, going-private transactions, private placements and governance and compliance matters. He regularly represents life science, natural resources, technology and retail issuers listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the TSX Venture Exchange as well as private corporations. Before joining BCF, Mr. de Guise practiced with another major Canadian law firm, at both its Montreal and New York offices.
