Nancy Boyle practices in the area of employment and labour law including pension plans and executive compensation, as well as collective agreement negotiations. In this capacity, she represents employers before various administrative and arbitration tribunals, labour board proceedings and the civil courts (injunctions, judicial review and class actions), at both the federal and provincial levels. She is also involved in human resource planning for various businesses. Her practice also includes aspects related to labour and employment law in connection with acquisitions, mergers and corporate reorganizations.
Over the years, Ms. Boyle has developed substantial expertise in entertainment law – financing, relations with the artists and organizations – and the areas of copyright and image rights law.
