Michèle Gouin has been practicing in the field of transportation and environmental law for over 30 years.

Ms. Gouin has been a member of the board of directors of Aéroports de Montréal since 2002 and was previously a member of a number of boards of several other organizations, such as the Board of Trade of Metropolitan Montreal and, from 2004 to 2010, the Montreal Port Authority.
