Professional background
Michel Rochefort is a partner in our securities and business law groups. As such, his practice involves securities law, mergers and acquisitions and corporate law. He has extensive experience in take-over bids, public offerings and private placements. Mr. Rochefort also represents issuers trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the TSX Venture Exchange, investment funds as well as investment dealers and portfolio managers. He is one of two BCF partners in charge of the Linguistic Services Group.
