Professional background
Meghan Dwyer practices U.S. employment and family based immigration law, with experience in all aspects on non-immigrant visas, immigrant visas, naturalization and citizenship. She provides business-minded solutions to an array of multi-national companies and individual clients, advising on the transfer of specialized, managerial and executive employees and on work permits for professionals, executives, investors, business visitors and individuals of extraordinary ability.
Ms. Dwyer also has a background in corporate and commercial transactions, EU and trade law and has worked abroad, completing an American Bar Association International Internship program in Athens, Greece.
Prior to joining BCF, Ms. Dwyer gained several years of experience at a boutique firm in New York City and as a solo practitioner specializing in immigration law.
