Professional background

Marie-Julie Denis Duguay is an attorney practicing with BCF’s Commercial Litigation strategic team. She specializes in civil and commercial litigation.

She is called upon to prepare proceedings and legal opinions, to represent clients before various judicial and administrative tribunals, and to negotiate settlement agreements.

Ms. Denis Duguay joined BCF as a student in September 2006 as part of the Cooperative program offered by the Faculty of Law of the Université de Sherbrooke. As part of her university training, completed with honours, she also studied at Université Montpellier I in France.
