Professional background

Marie-Josée Aumais focuses her practice on the drafting of testamentary trusts, inter vivos trusts, mandates in the event of incapacity, estate settlements, marriage contracts and cohabitation agreements.

Ms. Aumais prepares and coordinates files assigned to her by notaries and other professionals from her team. She joined the BCF Wealth Protection strategic team in 2008 after 22 years as a notary with a general practice.
