Professional background
Keyvan Nassiry is a partner in the Financial Services and Real Estate Law strategic teams. He has deep expertise in Canadian and cross-border financing transactions. He has significant experience in asset–based lending, syndicated loans, securitization, equipment financing and leasing, real estate financing, factoring, inter-creditor relations and other aspects of banking and financing law.
Mr. Nassiry regularly acts for Canadian, American and off-shore banks, asset–based lenders and other financial institutions as well as borrowers in connection with complex secured and unsecured credit facilities.
Mr. Nassiry is featured in Lexpert®/American Lawyer Guide to the Leading 500 Lawyers in Canada and in the Guide to the Leading US/Canada Cross-Border Corporate Lawyers in Canada. He is also featured in the Best Lawyers in Canada peer review guide.
