Isabelle Ducharme has more than 20 years of experience in global mobility management. In 1994, she co-founded Continuum International, a consulting firm now known as Cartus Canada. Cartus Canada is a member of the Cartus US family, an American leader in global relocation. Her firm eventually became an important player in the world of strategic consulting, handling global employee management and outsourcing services. From 2010 to 2015, she was Vice-President of Global Mobility for one of the leading engineering firms in the world (45,000 employees, 1,200 global employees). In 2016, she joined BCF as Senior Director of Global Employee Mobility Consulting and Integrated Services.
Ms. Ducharme works with the human resources, finance, and legal departments of companies of all sizes, from SMEs to multinational corporations, helping them develop practices and policies for their global employees. She advises clients on the best HR and global employee practices to ensure legal and fiscal conformity in the specific countries where the company has operations. She optimizes internal global employee management processes, in addition to designing and implementing, as required, shared global mobility services in the geographical regions served by the company. For clients who require it, she also takes care of managing all aspects involving the international assignment of an employee (i.e., outsourcing).
Ms. Ducharme is often called upon as a public speaker, and she is now a key reference in her field.
