David Waddell practices business law and is a member of the firm's Real Estate Law strategic team. He specializes in negotiating and drafting commercial contracts and is called upon in files involving the acquisition and sale of businesses and private financing. He frequently gets involved in all aspects of relations between shareholders.
In the past, Mr. Waddell served as legal counsel to a major Canadian real estate owner. He has expertise in matters related to the leasing and management of commercial and industrial real estate, which enables him to assist clients of the firm in connection with their real estate transactions.
He also played a role in the reform of rules applicable to hypothecary financing in Algeria.
