Professional background

Charles joined BCF’s Montreal office as a co-op student from the Université de Sherbrooke's Faculty of Law in August 2009 . As a member of the cooperative program, he completed his bachelor's degree in law while earning a year of practical experience, particularly in the area of commercial law, where his true passion lies. He began his articles-in-law with BCF in February 2012.

Throughout his studies, Charles demonstrated outstanding academic achievement, even winning a scholarship to that effect, and participated in a number of fundraisers benefiting various organizations. Professionally, Charles has applied the skills he developed throughout his studies to various transactions of diverse complexity.

Charles will complete his articles in August 2012, after which he will pursue a master’s degree abroad in the area of commercial law.
