Professional background

Charles Daviault practices with the firm’s litigation team. He joined BCF in 2009 as a student and later articled with the firm. He acts primarily on behalf of financial institutions, governmental agencies and businesses before all tribunals having jurisdiction in Quebec.

Before joining BCF, Mr. Daviault was a political staffer and parliamentary advisor. He has been the vice-president of a federal political party since 2009.
