Boriana Christov is a member of the firm’s Tax and Wealth Management Group. Her main areas of expertise are corporate tax, reorganizations, personal taxation and international taxation. She was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in May 2005.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Christov was a member of the Bulgarian Bar Association and practised commercial and civil law in Sofia, Bulgaria.
