Professional background

Bernard Tremblay is a partner at BCF. He also co-leads the Construction, Infrastructure and Procurement strategic team. He is a member of the board of directors of BCF and in charge of the ethics committee and risk management committee.

Mr. Tremblay acts on behalf of work providers and other businesses in the construction and manufacturing sector. In this capacity, he regularly represents his clients before the courts and arbitration tribunals, particularly during complex disputes with respect to infrastructure in the real estate and energy production sector.

Mr. Tremblay has taught for many years at the École de formation professionnelle of the Barreau du Québec and in the Faculty of Law of Université Laval. He is regularly invited by professional associations and organizations, such as the Canadian Institute and the Barreau du Québec, to speak at conferences. He is currently a member of the Conseil de discipline of the Barreau du Québec.

His practice, the directorships has held, and his conferences and publications on the topic have developed and solidified his expertise in the area of corporate governance.
