Professional background

André Ryan initially practiced in civil and commercial litigation and later considerably broadened the scope of his practice to cover business law, advising corporations, boards of directors, and entrepreneurs, while continuing to represent institutions, business community leaders, and entrepreneurs before common law courts, certain administrative tribunals as well as before commissions of inquiry.

Mr. Ryan has also developed an expertise with respect to media relations and crisis management. He assists foreign businesses establish themselves in Quebec and advises companies in matters concerning their application of the Charter of the French Language.
