BIOGRAPHY
Since 1994, Sandra practices in the field of intellectual property, and more particularly in patents. During more than ten years, Sandra worked in a multinational telecommunications company where she put in place a patent process, and built a patent group responsible for evaluating and protecting inventions. Prior to joining BCF, Sandra worked in another law firm in Montreal.
Her expertise includes drafting and prosecuting patent applications in Canada and abroad, preparing infringement opinions, validity opinions, and due diligences. Sandra also assists clients with the management of the patent portfolio and related budget.
Sandra handles mostly inventions in the following technologies: telecommunications, software, electronics, electricity, optics, medical apparatuses and mechanic.
