Mortgage Financing and Enforcement
Our experience includes developing and implementing complex real estate financing, transactions involving acquisition financing, interim financing and creating insured and uninsured construction loans and mortgage loans. We have worked with financial institutions in developing standard loan contracts and in establishing practices relating to the granting of commercial mortgage loans. We regularly assist our clients in negotiating mezzanine debt, lower-ranking debt and other creditor arrangements. We also advise our clients on the enforcement of mortgage security, particulary in the context of bankruptcy and insolvency.
