Due diligence review in real estate law best practices

Any transaction involving an immovable requires that the parties participate in an essential and important step—the due diligence review of the immovable itself. Participants will learn about the various preliminary elements that legal counsel must fully understand so as to ensure due diligence properly adapted to the types of parties, transactions, and the immovables involved.
