ESTATE SETTLEMENT

How long does it take to settle an estate? Can the liquidator sell the property of the estate without the consent of the legatees? What happens when a liquidator neglects to prepare an inventory? This conference will held on Wednesday, February 2 at our Montreal office. It will be given by BCF notaries Julie Loranger and Pascale Villani. It will be take place between 12:00 and 2:00 and a lunch will be served at noon.
