This seminar will describe the advantages and disadvantages of the process by covering the following topics:

  • the compellability of the process
  • the timing of the process
  • the steps involved in the process
  • the issues for the various parties

This seminar will be presented by BCF partner Didier Culat on February 15 at our Quebec City office and April 19 at our Montreal office. It will take place between 12:00 and 2:00 and a lunch will be served at noon.
