Collective bargaining

February 7th, 2012

Seminar date: May 9 and 10, 2012 at Quebec city

Seminar date: June 5 and 6, 2012 at Montreal

A collective agreement governs your business for several years. Too often, negotiating a collective agreement is a painful process that creates burdensome constraints or causes unnecessary confrontations due to inadequate preparation.

If you are called upon to participate in the negotiation of a collective agreement, whether directly or indirectly, you need to be properly prepared. This course, given by BCF partner Yves Gonthier, provides executives with an opportunity to explore and better control this process.

This two-day course will help you

  • better prepare for negotiations as an employer;
  • learn techniques for moving negotiations forward and maintaining momentum;
  • distinguish good strategies from ineffective ones;
  • learn how to come to an agreement more easily.
