Our partner, Guy Rouleau, now on the Board of the Quebec Technology Association

Our partner, Guy Rouleau, was appointed to the board of directors of the Quebec Technology Association (AQT) for the 2016-2017 year at the association’s annual general meeting.

Guy Rouleau specializes in commercial law, and is co-head of the firm’s business and technology strategic team. Mr. Rouleau has acquired considerable expertise, advising companies that supply IT products and services, and as a new AQT board member his role will be to observe and share his expertise with the association and its members.

“The technology sector is an important segment of Quebec’s economy, and numerous companies have made their mark in innovation and have changed the face of our economy,” commented Rouleau. “It is an honour to be able to serve the members of the AQT as a director. The association’s diversified team is highly qualified to propose innovative solutions to the many challenges the industry faces.”

Along with Guy Rouleau, Paul Raymond, Chair and CEO of Alithya, also joined the Board of the AQT.

“These recent appointments have been made with an eye to the future, as the AQT plans to confront the industry’s challenges and build an association that will provide inspiration and generate new approaches,” commented AQT Chairman of the Board of directors, Gilles Pépin, in a press release posted on the association’s Website.
