She graduated from McGill University Faculty of Law in December 2006 after completing both a civil law (B.C.L.) and a common law (LL.B.) degree. She articled with the business law team of BCF which she joined as a lawyer in November 2007. Sabia is practicing mainly in the fields of mergers, acquisitions and sales of businesses as well as business reorganizations. She has been involved in several commercial transactions with regard to different businesses, from small to medium sized enterprises carrying on activities in various economic sectors. She actively contributes to BCF’s strategic groups of Business Transfer and Securities and also demonstrates an interest for taxation.
