The candidate must have between six to nine years of experience in commercial litigation and is expected to intervene in litigious matters such as shareholder disputes, collection and realization of collateral security, commercial disputes, arbitration and construction and real estate litigation.
Finally, the candidate is expected to regularly appear before the Court of Quebec, the Superior Court and must have experience before the Court of Appeal of Quebec. Fluently bilingual, the candidate has the ability to manage files independently while still being able to work in a team environment. The candidate must have strong analytical and communication skills.
