BIOGRAPHY
Boriana is a member of in the firm’s Tax and Wealth Management Group. Her main areas of expertise are corporate tax, reorganizations, personal taxation and international taxation. She was admitted to the Quebec Bar in May 2005.
Prior to joining the firm, Boriana was a member of the Bulgarian Bar Association and practised commercial and civil law in Sofia, Bulgaria.
