  • injury to one's reputation, particularly within the context of new technologies;
  • punitive damages, particularly the conditions for obtaining punitive damages and the criteria for assessing such damages;
  • improper procedures (articles 54.1 and following C.C.P.), particularly the concepts of abuse of process, appearance of abuse of process and the remedies available to litigators.
